Pieter Vogels

Pieter Vogels has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Vice President and Global Head of HR Drug Products and HRIS at Siegfried Holding AG since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Director and HR Country Manager for Switzerland at RUAG International from 2020 to 2022. Pieter also held roles as a Senior HR Manager at RUAG MRO International from 2019 to 2021 and as a Senior HR Manager and HR Manager at RUAG from 2017 to 2018. Before joining RUAG, they worked as an HR Manager at Dow from 2013 to 2017 and as an HR Generalist and Communications Project Manager at Nyrstar from 2010 to 2013. Their experience showcases strong leadership, HR systems management, and generalist HR expertise.

Pieter Vogels has a diverse education history. Pieter obtained a Bachelor's degree in IT & Human Interaction from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, completing their studies there from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Pieter Vogels has pursued various certifications. In 2018, they completed the OPQ/Verify Training at CEB, now Gartner. In 2017, they obtained the EF Standard English Test - C2 (EFSET 77/100) from EF Education First. In 2015, they obtained the Goethe-Zertifikat C1 from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore, in 2011, they achieved the Job Evaluation - Hay Grading certification from HayGroup, and became a Licensed Analyst of the Predictive Index System through PI Worldwide.
