Ricardo Freixo

Ricardo Freixo is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IS/IT Manager at Siegfried since January 2016, where responsibilities have included roles such as IS/IT Manager, Senior IS/IT Specialist, IT Support Specialist, and Information System Specialist. Prior to this, Ricardo gained valuable experience as an Apprenti Informaticien at HES-SO Valais-Wallis from August 2011 to July 2015, focusing on server and workstation installation and configuration, network equipment setup, IT asset management, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and user account management. Educationally, Ricardo holds a degree in Informatique (Informaticien CFC) from the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Sion, completed in 2015.
