Jim Willis Msa

Jim Willis, MSA has over 20 years of work experience in various financial roles. Jim most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Siegfried and previously at ECS Refining. At ECS Refining, they led a finance team and ensured compliance with GAAP, SOX, and corporate policy. Prior to that, Jim was the Controller at ITW and Gibraltar Industries, where they managed accounting functions and analyzed opportunities for improvement. Jim also served as the Controller and Assistant General Manager at Kyoho Manufacturing California, a startup owned by Toyota Motor Corporation. Jim began their career at Spectrum Label Corporation as the Controller and HR/IT Manager, where they implemented a new accounting software package. Jim also held positions at Volk Enterprises and Mepco Label Systems as the Accounting Manager and IT Manager, respectively.

Jim Willis, MSA has followed a diverse educational path over the years. Jim began their academic journey in 1984 and completed their general education at Tracy High School in 1988. After graduating high school, Jim went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of the Pacific from 1992 to 1994. Building upon their undergraduate studies, they returned to education in 2017 and earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from California State University-Sacramento in 2018. Jim's educational background reflects their commitment to gaining knowledge and expertise in both business administration and accounting.
