Laura Giczewski

Laura Giczewski is an experienced HR Specialist currently at Siegwerk since February 2015, where key responsibilities include leading HRIS modules for succession and development, performance management, employee engagement surveys, and harmonizing global competency models. Prior to this role, Laura served as a Talent Manager at Airbus Defence and Space from August 2011 to January 2015, focusing on harmonizing talent assessment processes and implementing SAP-based solutions.
