Aaron Leap is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting across various sectors, including energy and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Siemens Energy since February 2022, Aaron previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at GE, where involvement in the significant acquisition of Alstom and contributions to recruiting strategies showcased expertise in the field. With a history at Alstom Power as the first recruiter in the new Recruiting Center of Excellence for North America, Aaron also directed recruiting efforts at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and has a background in sales and business development.
