Amber Smith

Amber Smith is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational effectiveness and talent development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner Leader at Siemens Energy since March 2023, Amber supports over 11,000 employees in North America and plays a pivotal role in driving the energy transition. Previously, Amber held the position of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Development Manager at Siemens Gamesa from February 2019 to March 2022, overseeing HR operations and talent acquisition across North America.
