Brooke Krocker

Brooke Krocker is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving product validation and development initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Mechanical Integrity at Siemens Energy since May 2025, Krocker oversees a cross-regional team of over 20 engineers. Previously, as the Director of System Test and Validation at Luminar Technologies, Krocker developed a team of 30 engineers and technicians focused on next-generation lidar sensors, implementing various quality management systems for compliance and efficiency. Earlier roles include Engineering Manager at Industrial Smoke & Mirrors, Environmental Test Services Manager at Qualtest, Inc., and various engineering positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Krocker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
