Carlos M Pradera

Carlos M Pradera currently serves as the Head of Commercial Sales and Project Management for the Compression Business in the Americas at Siemens Energy, a position held since July 2019. In this role, Carlos expanded responsibilities to include senior-level business leadership in the commercial and financial dimensions of project acquisition, bid preparation, and negotiation within the Offshore and Midstream markets. Prior experience includes roles at Siemens as Commercial Project Management Lead in Indonesia and at Rolls-Royce Brasil Ltda. as Head of Finance for the Energy New Equipment Business, where Carlos oversaw major projects valued at approximately $400 million. Carlos also contributed as an Associate Council Member at the Villanova School of Business Center for Global Leadership and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University, with concentrations in Marketing and International Business.
