Cristian Weber

Cristian Weber is an experienced professional in the electrical engineering sector, currently serving as the Head of Sales Americas for Distribution Transformers at Siemens Energy since February 2019. In this role, Cristian oversees the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for distribution transformers across North and Latin America, leading sales organizations to achieve sustainable growth. Previously, Cristian held various positions at Trench Group, including VP of Sales and Marketing for high voltage products, and has extensive experience in product management and business development across multiple regions. Cristian started the career as an application engineer and product manager in companies such as Cooper Power Systems and WEG, after earning a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil.
