Cristina Marin

Cristina Marin is an experienced IT and HR professional, currently serving as the IT Team Manager and Chapter Lead for HR Core Solutions at Siemens Energy since February 2022. In this role, Cristina drives the strategic development of HR Core Suite Solutions while managing a transnational team and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to align digital strategy with HR capabilities. Previous positions include IT Project Manager at Cognizant Softvision, HRIS Application Manager at Societe Generale, and various roles at Hewlett-Packard and Oracle. Cristina has contributed significantly to project management, digital transformation, and agile methodologies throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades. Cristina holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest.
