Daniel Eppinger

Daniel Eppinger is the Head of Benefits and Pensions at Siemens Energy, responsible for global benefits and pension topics across 80 countries. Daniel began their career at Siemens in 1999, holding various roles in human resources and corporate pensions, including significant contributions to the development of occupational pensions and the implementation of digital processes. Prior to Siemens, Daniel worked as a Werkstudent at Daimler AG, focusing on sales controlling analyses. Daniel holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Economics from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen and a Vordiplom in Applied Economics from Philipps-Universität Marburg. In their free time, Daniel enjoys running, skiing, and traveling with family.
