David Bailey

David Bailey is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Repair Center Engineering Manager at Siemens Energy since February 2016. In this role, David manages a Repair Development Center and oversees a team of engineers, guiding various R&D initiatives. Prior to this position, David held multiple roles at Siemens and TurboCare, focusing on repair engineering and manufacturing, where significant contributions included developing component-specific roadmaps, leading R&D programs for gas turbine repairs, and upgrading machining practices to enhance productivity.
