Dinara Aghayeva

Dinara Aghayeva has extensive experience in finance and strategic planning, currently serving as a Finance Working Student at Siemens Energy since August 2025. Prior to this role, Dinara held the position of Head of Strategy and Planning at PASHA Insurance OJSC from November 2019 to October 2024, overseeing strategic planning and budgeting processes. Previous roles include Senior Strategy and Planning Specialist and Strategic Management Specialist at Expressbank, where Dinara managed budgeting and financial control from July 2017 to November 2019. Dinara also worked as Financial Control and Budgeting Specialist and Cost Controller at Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (CIDC) from May 2016 to July 2017. Dinara is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, expected to complete in June 2026, and holds a previous MBA from ADA University.
