Geir Carlsen

Geir Carlsen currently serves as the Head of Strategy for EAD Nordics and a Strategy Expert in the Transformation of Industry at Siemens Energy, focusing on energy transformation solutions. With extensive experience in strategic management, Geir has held various leadership roles at Siemens and its predecessors since 1996, including significant positions in Offshore Solutions and the Oil & Gas sector. Key responsibilities across these roles have encompassed strategy processes, transition programs, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational development. Prior experience includes project leadership in Lean improvements at Storebrand ASA and management roles at Posten Norge AS and Storebrand, complemented by an academic background in strategic management and engineering from prominent Norwegian institutions.
