Jane Mitchell

Jane Mitchell is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as Sr Communications Manager at Siemens Energy since October 2020, Jane plays a pivotal role in the Employee Engagement team and contributes expertise to the People and Society squad. Prior to this, Jane held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager Communications at Siemens and Newell Brands, where responsibilities encompassed developing corporate communications strategies, managing a team, and launching innovative communication platforms. Jane's career spans numerous roles, including Director of Internal Communications at DSM and ASML, where significant initiatives such as executive communications and major corporate events were successfully executed. Jane holds a BA in English and Communications from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and has completed advanced programs in organizational leadership and digital communication.
