Johannes von Karczewski

Johannes von Karczewski currently serves as the Head of Government and Executive Affairs at Siemens Energy, a position held since April 2020, where support is provided to the Executive Board in various communication matters. Prior to this role, Johannes held multiple positions at Siemens from January 2007 to April 2020, including Senior Director of Global Government Outreach and Head of the Siemens Historical Institute. This institute focuses on documenting and presenting the history of Siemens since its founding in 1847. Johannes also contributed to the Graduate Program in Communications in various managerial capacities, including roles in corporate media, advertising, reports, and innovation communications. Johannes holds a PhD in Medieval and Modern History and a Master of Arts in Medieval and Modern History, Political Science, and Public Law from the University of Bonn.
