Latifa Yakhloufi-Konstroffer

Latifa Yakhloufi-Konstroffer currently serves as the CFO of the Business Unit at Siemens Energy since September 2022. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Siemens Schweiz AG, where responsibilities encompassed Global Business Segment CFO for Smart Infrastructure, Global Finance Head of Manufacturing, and Global Commercial Head of Maintenance/Service Business in Oil & Gas from January 2014 to August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at an IT Start-Up focused on software from January 2000 to December 2005. Latifa is currently pursuing Executive Training in Corporate Education at Duke University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt.
