Linda Hubbard is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Siemens Energy since October 2020, Linda has successfully aligned HR strategies with business goals, resulting in notable improvements in profitability, revenue, employee turnover, and productivity. Prior to this role, Linda was the HR Director at Berwanger, Inc. from January 2005 until its acquisition by Siemens Industry in 2006, where the focus was on developing a top-tier HR department.
