Lucas Marchese Menezes

Lucas Marchese Menezes has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Lucas started their career as an intern at Amcham-Brasil in 2005, working as a Membership Consultant for seven months. From 2003 to 2005, they had an internship in General Administration at Jowi Transportes Ltda.

In 2006, Lucas joined Siemens and held several positions over the years. Lucas started as an intern in PDT and then worked as a Commercial Sales Analyst. Lucas later became a Trainee in Commercial Sales and Claim Management before being promoted to the role of Commercial Sales Manager. In 2012, Lucas became the Regional Manager for South America, responsible for project management and sales departments in the region. Lucas also served as the CFO of the Business Unit in Brazil and as the Vice President of Project Management and Business Administration. From 2017 to 2020, Lucas held the role of Sr. VP Finance & Business Administration in the Power Generation Division - Americas at Siemens.

Currently, Lucas is working at Siemens Energy as the SVP and Global Head of Finance for both the Compression and Grid Solutions divisions. Their tenure in the Grid Solutions division started in October 2023, while they joined the Compression division in April 2020.

Lucas Marchese Menezes completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2003 to 2007.
