Manuel Deeng

Manuel Deeng has extensive experience in customs and international trade, serving as the Global Head of Customs (VP) Prokurist at Siemens Energy from September 2020 to January 2023, and previously as Head of Customs EU. Prior to Siemens Energy, Manuel Deeng worked at BMW Group from June 2016 to September 2020, holding the roles of Manager International Customs Strategy and Project Lead, as well as at BMW of North America, LLC, from July 2018 to April 2020 as Manager International Customs. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Associate Export Control and Customs at Rödl & Partner from July 2014 to June 2016. Manuel Deeng holds a Diplom Finanzwirt (Fh) degree in European Customs and Foreign Trade Law from Fh des Bundes für öffentliche Verwaltung, attained between January 2005 and January 2008.
