Mitch Schram

Mitch Schram has extensive work experience in various roles within Siemens Energy and Siemens. Mitch started their career as a Graduate Engineer in Siemens, where they gained experience in sales and customer account management. Mitch then moved on to work as a Project Engineer in Siemens Power Generation Services, specializing in steam turbines. In 2013, Mitch joined Siemens Energy as a Site Manager, responsible for coordinating resources and managing power generation projects. Mitch later transitioned to the role of Commissioning Engineer, working on gas turbine projects. Mitch's role expanded to include being a Lead Commissioning Engineer and eventually a Project Manager, handling medium gas turbine fleet maintenance contracts and ad-hoc services. Before their time at Siemens and Siemens Energy, Mitch worked as an Underwriting Administrative Assistant at Aviva and MLC Limited, where they were involved in intranet development and documentation centralization.
