Patrice Laporte

Patrice Laporte is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Global Head of Oil & Gas - Gas Service at Siemens Energy since November 2018. Laporte has held various leadership positions within Siemens since September 2012, including VP Industrial Applications Americas and VP Oil & Gas North America Sales, where responsibilities included leading sales efforts for rotating equipment across North America. Previously, Laporte served as CFO for the Business Unit Oil & Gas Solutions in Houston, TX, overseeing P&L responsibilities for electrical, automation, drive systems, and water solutions within the oil and gas market. Earlier roles include CFO for Oil & Gas Compression & Solution at Siemens AG Division Oil & Gas and Director of Controlling at Continental in Germany. Additionally, Laporte has a solid foundation in finance and management from over a decade of experience at Siemens AG in various financial roles, and began a career in finance at Elf Exploration UK plc. Education was completed at the Paris School of Business from 1992 to 1995.
