Rainer Theisen has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Rainer began their career as a Senior Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Rainer then joined Dürr as a Technical Consultant for a few months in 2007 before moving on to Siemens. At Siemens, Rainer took on various roles, including Director of Business Development & Strategy from 2008 to 2012, Head of Business Development & Strategy from 2012 to 2014, and Chief of Staff Americas for a Siemens Managing Board Member from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Dresser-Rand business as Vice President of New Business & Decarb Solution Development and stayed there until 2019. Currently, Rainer is Vice President at Siemens Energy, first serving in the role of Vice President of Integrated Systems from 2019 to 2022, and then moving on to their current position as Vice President of TurboCompressor in 2022.

Rainer Theisen completed their education in a chronological manner.
