Sandra J Guerra, PhD, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, BCC, currently serves as the Head of HR North America and Vice President at Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa. With extensive experience in human resources, Sandra has held key leadership roles at Thales Avionics Co., Ltd., Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and LMG, Inc., among others. Additionally, Sandra contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at Webster University. Sandra's educational background includes a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, an MBA from Western International University, and a BS in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University, along with practical nursing credentials from the U.S. Army.
