Srisha Chadaga

Srisha Chadaga serves as the Global Head of HR Core Systems at Siemens Energy since January 2020, leading a global team in managing HR operations and system deployments, including cloud-based solutions like Workday and ServiceNow. Previous roles at Siemens included positions such as Global Lead for HR Standardization & Harmonization and Regional Head for HR in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, where Srisha oversaw HR process standardization and served as Global Product Owner for Workday. Responsibilities spanned project management for Workday implementations across multiple regions, digitalizing HR processes, and setting up Shared Services for HR operations in Asia Pacific, contributing to efficiency and cost savings. Srisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from T John College, Bangalore, completed in 1998.
