Tobias Tepe is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Innovation Management - Networking at Siemens Energy, where responsibilities include enhancing the Innovation Ecosystem through external funding, university relations, and collaboration on innovation initiatives. Previously, as VP of New Business and Digital Transformation at Siemens, Tobias managed global teams to advance new business development and digital transformation strategies. Tobias's extensive experience at Siemens spans various leadership roles, including Head of Sales & Marketing for Microgrids and Grid Stability Solutions, along with a foundational role as Sales Manager for FACTS in the US market. Educationally, Tobias holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management from ESMT Berlin, a Master’s Degree in Quality Engineering Management from London South Bank University, and an Engineer’s Degree in Mechatronics from Fachhochschule Bochum.
