Vanessa van de Venter (Assoc CIPD) is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a focus on enhancing service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Talent Acquisition Service Management at Siemens Energy since November 2021, Vanessa is responsible for delivering high-performance talent acquisition services by collaborating with HR business partners and project managers globally.
