Yuri Cralcev

Yuri Cralcev has over a decade of work experience in various IT and leadership roles. Yuri began their career at Electronic Data Systems as a Technical Solutions Representative in 2009 before moving on to HP Enterprise Services as a Training, Knowledge, and Communication Analyst in 2010. Yuri then became a Delivery Leader at HP in 2011, where they managed and oversaw project delivery.

In 2013, Yuri joined General Motors South America as a Team Leader, where they led a team and provided support for various IT projects. Yuri then took on the role of Process Area Lead, where they reviewed and reported on call trends, collaborated with delivery teams to identify areas for improvement, and trained Service Desk agents on end-to-end processes.

Yuri's most recent work experience at Siemens Energy began in 2020, where they currently serve as the IT User Engagement Lead. In this role, they are responsible for executing IT carve-out projects in Latin America, managing the Service Desk KPIs, and handling end-user devices in Brazil. Yuri also focuses on cost effectiveness and contract negotiations with providers.

Yuri Cralcev pursued their education in a chronological manner. Yuri began their academic journey in 2007 at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, where they obtained a degree in Mechatronics, focusing on Industrial Technology/Technician. From 2009 to 2012, Yuri attended the University of São Paulo and completed a degree in Information Technology, specializing in Information Security. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL Foundations certification from EXIN. Continuing their educational pursuits, Yuri attended the Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz - ESALQ/USP from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
