Zain Khan

Zain Khan is a Manufacturing Engineer at Siemens Energy since July 2021, following an internship in engine overhaul and pneumatics engineering at Pakistan International Airlines in 2020. During the internship, Zain gained hands-on experience with the General Electric 115B turbofan jet engine, focusing on turbine blade replacement using 'BladePlot' software. Zain served as a Peer Assisted Student Support Leader at The University of Manchester, helping first-year students adapt to university life and enhancing skills in mechanical engineering and software applications. Additionally, Zain worked as a Barista at Tim Hortons while completing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Manchester from 2017 to 2020.
