Ashish Pawar

Ashish Pawar has extensive experience in structural design and engineering, particularly within the wind energy sector. Currently serving as Head of Department (Blade Structural Design) at Siemens Gamesa since June 2018, Ashish oversees the structural design of new products, CAD, design tools, and testing teams. Previously, Ashish was an Advisory Engineer at Siemens Wind Power A/S, leading the structural design of new products from concept to certification. Ashish's career includes roles as Advance Design Engineer and R&D Design Engineer at Siemens Wind Power, focusing on cradle-to-grave blade design and risk assessment. Early in the career, Ashish worked at Atkins Aerospace on aircraft wing structures and GE Energy on wind turbine blade design. Ashish holds an M Tech in Aerospace from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
