Carl Anthony Caluya CEng PMQ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Pre-Assembly & Harbour Planning APAC Lead at Siemens Gamesa since September 2016. In this role, Carl oversees Harbour Sales Support and develops Pre-Assembly Planning strategies for sales and execution projects across the APAC region. Carl's career also includes roles as a Senior Pre-Assembly Specialist and Industrial Engineer, where Carl coordinated key aspects of project management and site operations for offshore wind turbine assembly.
