Guillaume Favier

Guillaume Favier is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Co-manager and O&M specialist at CAP GREEN since April 2018, focusing on the operations of wind farms, solar farms, and hydraulic installations. With extensive experience at Gamesa since June 2005, roles have included Service Resource Manager, managing quality and health and safety for GAMESA wind turbine operations in France, and O&M Manager for both France and Morocco, overseeing structural development, subcontractor recruitment, client retention, and financial management. Previous positions include responsibilities in after-sales service management at STILL and Eneria, and a cultural attaché role at the French Embassy in Cuba. Guillaume holds an engineering degree from Centrale Méditerranée and has a solid foundation in mathematics and physics from Lycée Pierre De Fermat.
