Mark Ghibril

Mark Ghibril serves as the Global CIO and Senior Vice President of IT and Digital Products at Siemens Gamesa, where responsibilities include leading IT and digital enterprise strategy, product development, and managing a diverse team of professionals. Formerly, Mark held several senior roles at Siemens, including Director of User Engagement and Head of User Experience & Insight, driving initiatives in user experience and organizational change across a global footprint. In addition to current roles, Mark is an author of the "Employee-Centric IT" book and serves as a board advisor for multiple organizations, providing strategic insights on digitalization and operational excellence. Mark's academic background includes a Master of Science in Communications Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
