Martin Ryan

Martin Ryan is an accomplished professional in the offshore service sector with extensive experience at Siemens Gamesa since April 2017, currently serving as the Global Head of Resource Management & Planning Offshore Service, overseeing the technician workforce. Previously, Martin held various leadership roles, including Head of Operational Excellence for Offshore Service in Northern Europe, where responsibilities included managing over 300 employees and supporting operational efficiency. Prior to Siemens Gamesa, Martin worked at Siemens from 2007 to 2017 in various project and program management roles, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Programme Manager, and began a career as a Mechanical Engineer. Martin holds an M.B.A. from Durham University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin.
