Mick Chen

Mick Chen is an experienced construction and project management professional with a strong background in civil engineering, holding both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from National Central University. Currently serving as Installation Lead at Siemens Gamesa since March 2021, Mick has previously held significant positions such as Jobsite Director at Sapura Energy Berhad, overseeing offshore wind farm monopile foundation work, and CSA Lead Superintendent at Bechtel Corporation for the ChangHua Google Data Center project. With expertise in construction management, logistics, site supervision, quality control, and EHS management, Mick has contributed to several high-profile projects, including data centers and various construction sites in Taiwan, showcasing a solid track record in managing complex engineering tasks and optimizing construction processes.
