Miguel Lacalle

Miguel Lacalle is an accomplished leader in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in operations and construction management. Currently serving as the North America Subregion 3 & Quality Task Force Manager at Siemens Gamesa since September 2018, Miguel oversees the O&M business for a portfolio of 26 projects totaling 4GW, primarily focusing on enhancing operational performance for SG4X sites. Prior roles include Head of Operations for South Europe & Africa at Adwen Offshore and several positions at Gamesa, where responsibilities ranged from managing the construction of the G10X wind turbine model to overseeing project coordination and logistics for various international projects. Miguel holds an MBA Executive from Foro Europeo and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra.
