Rajeev Baran

Rajeev Baran is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural design and analysis within the offshore and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Lead Engineer for Primary Structures at Siemens Gamesa since October 2019, Rajeev previously held significant roles at Seaway Heavy Lifting from July 2013 to September 2019, progressing from Structural Engineer to Senior Structural Engineer and ultimately to FEM Engineer. Rajeev's work involves guiding junior engineers and contributing to decision-making processes regarding installation and structural solutions for the Oil & Gas and Renewables industries. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution, complemented by an academic foundation at Gymnasium Haganum.
