Xiaoyan Zhang Stjernholm

Xiaoyan Zhang Stjernholm currently serves as a Senior Process Manager in Service Operational Excellence at Siemens Gamesa since July 2020, after previously holding roles as Senior Process Expert in Offshore Engineering. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Business Improvement Consultant at ECCO Shoes and a Senior Consultant focused on Lean and Continuous Improvement at LEGO Group. Xiaoyan was also a Continuous Improvement Manager in Offshore Engineering at Siemens Wind Power and held various managerial roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, including Business Process Manager in Trade & Marketing. Earlier career experiences consist of working as a Business Development Manager at ET2C International Inc, an Account Manager at SinoFile Information Services Ltd, and a Marketing Assistant at China National Publications Import & Export Corporation. Xiaoyan holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor of Arts in Internal Trade from Nankai University.
