Judy Bickart has extensive work experience in the field of packaging and labeling, particularly in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Judy currently holds the position of Vice President, Head, Global Content Development & Product Labeling at Siemens Healthineers. Prior to this, they had their own consulting firm called Optimize Rx LLC, where they provided strategic consulting and performed assessments for improvement in delivery, process optimization, and quality and regulatory gap mediation. Judy also worked at Medtronic, where they held the roles of Senior Director and Director in Global Packaging & Labeling. Judy'sresponsibilities included leading high-performing teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving innovation and sustainability in packaging solutions. Before Medtronic, Judy worked at Pfizer as the Director of Package Design and Development, where they led the design of pharmaceutical and animal health products for various markets. Overall, Judy Bickart has demonstrated expertise in developing packaging and labeling solutions, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Judy Bickart holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Judy also earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Temple University. In addition to their formal education, Judy obtained the Operational Excellence Foundations certification from LinkedIn in 2019.
