Oliver Frings

Oliver Frings has a diverse work experience in the field of computational modeling, precision medicine, and bioinformatics. Oliver started their career as a PhD student at Stockholm University in 2008 and completed it in 2013. Afterward, they joined Karolinska Institutet as a Bioinformatician in 2013 and later became a Postdoctoral Researcher from 2014 to 2017. From 2017, Oliver has been working at Siemens Healthineers, where they held positions such as Project Manager and Product Manager. Oliver is currently serving as the Team Lead for Computational Modeling and Precision Medicine.

Oliver Frings completed their Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics at Universität des Saarlandes from 2002 to 2006. Oliver then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at Universität des Saarlandes from 2006 to 2008. Subsequently, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioinformatics from Stockholm University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
