Pat Grimes

Pat Grimes has extensive experience in engineering and research and development, currently serving as the Head of Engineering and R&D at Siemens Healthineers since March 2009. Previously, Pat held the positions of Principal Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Siemens Healthineers. Prior to this role, Pat worked as a Systems Architect and Automation Manager at Xsil from 2005 to 2008, and as Research and Development Manager at Xsil USA Inc. from 2000 to 2005, focusing on fully automated laser machining and inspection equipment for the semiconductor industry. Pat's earlier career included roles as a Senior System Design Engineer at MV Technology from 1996 to 2000, specializing in automated optical inspection equipment, and as a Senior Design Engineer at Adapt Engineering from 1994 to 1996, with a focus on OEM machine and instrument design.
