Ronita Saha is currently serving as the Manager of Knowledge Management and Learning at Siemens Healthineers since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Swiggy from January 2022 to February 2024, where Ronita developed targeted behavioral learning strategies and managed program executions. At Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited, Ronita held the position of Lead for Learning & Development & Engagement from March 2017 to January 2022, collaborating with business unit heads to establish training strategies for over 2000 employees. Additional roles include HR Business Partner and various live projects related to HR processes and workplace restructuring. Ronita holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology.
