Shawn Tatman

Shawn Tatman is an experienced professional with a robust background in order management, demand planning, and sales operations. Currently serving as the Director of Order Management, Demand Planning, Backlog Management, and S&OP at Siemens Healthineers since March 2021, Shawn oversees the Global Order Management Team and manages critical processes related to backlog and demand planning. Previous roles include Director of Sales Operations & Supply Chain at Overland-Tandberg and Senior Sales Operations Manager at Atrenta, among others. With significant expertise developed over years at prominent companies such as Sun Microsystems and Lockheed Martin, Shawn has a comprehensive understanding of financial forecasting, process improvement, and project management, bolstered by an MBA and a BA in Accounting from San José State University.
