João Rolo

João Rolo has a diverse work experience in the field of automation and engineering. João started their career as a technical-commercial intern at Geoterme Edifícios Eficientes in 2013. Later, they joined Motofil Group as an Automation and Robotics Technician, where they were involved in industrial project conception, electrical design, PLC programming, and support for electrical and pneumatic installations. In 2014, João worked at Infocontrol - Electrónica e Automatismo, S.A. as a Technical Centralized Management Technician, focusing on technical management. João then joined ReD - Desenvolvimento e Automação Industrial, Lda. as an Automation Technician, contributing to automation projects. In 2018, they worked at INDSMART Technology and Services and Unilever as an Automation Technician, specializing in automation processes. João is currently employed at Siemens Logistics as a PLC Engineer and Software Developer.

João Rolo's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Instituto Superior Técnico and pursued a Licentiate degree in Engenharia Electrónica. João completed this program in 2012. Following that, from 2012 to 2013, João attended ATEC - Academia de Formação, where they earned a degree as Técnico Especialista em Automação Robótica e Controlo Industrial, with a focus on Mecatrónica, Robótica e Engenharia de Controle e Automação.

In 2015, João enrolled at ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa and completed their Licenciatura in Engenharia Eletrotécnica in 2020. This educational journey shows a progression of developing expertise in engineering, specifically focusing on electronics, automation, robotics, control, and mechatronics.
