Werner Graf

Werner Graf has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the Global Head of People & Organization at Siemens Logistics since July 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Siemens, including Global HR Business Partner for Customer Service within Digital Industries starting in November 2019. Werner also served as HR Business Partner for different business units within Siemens, including Motion Control and eCar Powertrain Systems, Siemens Metals Group, Oil, Gas Marine and Airport Logistics, and Industrial Plants. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant for Personnel Development, Head of a Consultant and Service Center, and Expert in Early Retirement/Partial Retirement Systems. Early in their career, they worked as a Payroll Clerk.

Werner Graf attended Universität Passau from 1987 to 1992 and obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration), known as Diplom-Kaufmann.
