Afzal Shabaz

Afzal Shabaz has over 20 years of experience at Siemens, culminating in the role of SI CTO BX - VP IoT and Technology Innovation, where responsibilities included driving product innovation and growth for Siemens Smart Infrastructure IoT and SaaS business and leading the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio in the Middle East. Previous positions included leading the MindSphere project for the Expo 2020 Dubai initiative and overseeing business development and strategy within the Lower Gulf Region. Prior to these roles, Afzal held various positions including Pre Sales Specialist and Sr. Consultant. Afzal holds an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University.
