Arejas U possesses extensive experience in the field of diagnostics and biotechnology, having held key leadership roles at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics from 1997 to 2013. As Senior Director of R&D, Arejas U provided scientific oversight for companion diagnostics and led partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Prior roles at Siemens included Director of R&D and Head of Strategic Biomarker Development, where Arejas U was instrumental in establishing infrastructure for precision medicine and developing assays validated in clinical trials.
