Boris Scharinger

Boris Scharinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and innovation management. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Manager and Technology Strategist in the CTO Office at Siemens since February 2015, Boris specializes in developing technology strategies and roadmaps. Previously, as Director of IT Audit at Siemens, leadership was provided to a team of IT auditors focusing on critical areas such as cyber security and data analysis. Additionally, Boris has been an Advisor for ObjectBox since April 2021, contributing to the success of their NoSQL database solutions. With prior roles at Atos as Account CTO for Nokia Networks, and as Chief IT Architect at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Boris has a strong background in solution design, architectural management, and service provisioning. Earlier experience includes consultancy roles at CSC Ploenzke AG and Acorn Computers Ltd. Boris holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on IT and Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
