Burak Yahşi

Burak Yahşi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation at Siemens since April 2009, where leadership of a team of Digitalization Consultants has driven significant productivity and profit improvements through multiple local and global projects. Prior roles at Siemens include Project Manager IT, where workflow optimization of transformer offer calculations was achieved through the development of an integrated web-based software called OneClick, and Technical Procurement Engineer focused on air insulated switchgears. Burak's career began during compulsory military service as an Electrical Engineer for the Turkish Armed Forces, managing maintenance and audits of distribution transformers, followed by work as a Technical Sales Engineer on a major SCADA design project for a power plant. Educational qualifications include a double major in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Control & Automation Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
