Chuck Hodgdon

Chuck Hodgdon is an experienced facility and real estate manager with a robust background in overseeing large-scale operations within the assisted living sector and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Area Manager for Siemens Real Estate in the US West region since April 2019, Chuck has previously held significant positions such as Regional Facilities Manager for the Americas at Mentor Graphics, and Global COE FM Services at Cisco. Notably, Chuck also directed real estate and facilities at Webex and managed multiple assisted living facilities at ARV Assisted Living and Leisure Care Assisted Living, demonstrating extensive experience in both healthcare and corporate real estate management. Chuck holds a BA in Psychology/Gerontology from California State University, Long Beach, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
